Burn's Night Success

Burn's Night, once again Burn's Night was an overwhelming success and raised £582 all the proceeds will go to The Stroke Association.   St. Helen's News, with the refurbishments almost completed it will re-open for Easter. An official reopening ceremony will take place on St. Helen's Day, Thursday 18th August at 6pm.   The Archdeacon of the East Riding and the Deanery Choir will join the celebrations.   New BBC Drama South Riding has used some of its locations from around this area.

If the familiar cry of "I'm bored!" comes your way during half term, don't listen, instead send the children to The Hut, Withernsea's adventure playground.   They'll find lots to do there which will keep them busy and entertained.   The Hut will be open daily from Monday, 21st February to Saturday, 26th February from 10am to 3pm, although they will close for lunch from 12.30 - 1pm.   Plus lots more and there's still prizes in our Monster 2010 Quiz.   Why not add your opinion.
